Is counselling right for me?

A short, honest FAQ — and a growing library of gentle, evidence-informed tools you can use between sessions.

The first session is a gentle conversation. You can share what has been on your mind, at your own pace, and together we make sense of what you are experiencing. Nothing is forced, and you never have to share more than you are comfortable with.

In an emergency

Mindora consultations are not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, or experiencing a mental-health emergency, please contact your local emergency service, attend the nearest emergency department, or reach a 24/7 helpline such as Tele-MANAS (14416) or KIRAN (1800-599-0019).
